House Rules

No pets are permitted.

Smoking is not permitted.

No parties or events are allowed.

Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times, with no noise after 22:00.

Respect for neighbours and the property is required at all times.

Street parking is restricted to permit holders on weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00; a guest permit is provided and must be returned upon checkout. Loss or damage of the permit incurs a R950 replacement fee.

The owner waters the garden every Tuesday and Friday around 15:00.

Weekly mid-stay cleaning is offered for stays longer than 8 days; additional cleaning or laundry services are available on request at an extra cost.

Linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar, and basic shower amenities are provided.

Authorised staff may use body-worn cameras during evictions, safety threats, property damage, non-compliance, or trespassing. Guests will be notified that the interaction is being recorded. Cameras are only used in common or outdoor areas, never in bedrooms or bathrooms. Footage is stored securely, accessed only by authorised staff, and used only for investigations, disputes, or legal/insurance purposes, in line with South African law (POPIA & Constitution)
