Jackal Hill is situated within the Magalies Meander on a hilltop overlooking the scenic views of the Magaliesberg mountains. Jackal Hill offers beautifully maintained and comfortable self-catering accommodation just 19.3 km from Magaliesburg and 23.6 km from African Hills Safari Lodge, with easy access to other attractions such as Black Horse Brewery, Sable Hiking and a few country restaurants.

This property also serves as a great choice for bachelorette or bachelor parties, group getaways and corporate celebrations or functions as groups can book the lodge out exclusively with almost zero noise restrictions.

Accommodation is offered in 2 chalets. Altogether, the lodge can accommodate up to 14 guests. The main house (chalet 1) sleeps 8 guests, and chalet 2 can accommodate 6 guests, which is ideal for a small family.

Each chalet comprises a kitchen and a lounge, and is equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels. The main chalet features a verandah, complete with outdoor chairs. Chalet 1 (Main House) also has solar power, which is ideal for load shedding.

The property is ideally booked as a whole and is perfect for small team-building events, bachelorettes, bachelors, and all types of celebrations.

Jackal Hill is the perfect choice for group getaways and family reunions. The lodge is complete with an outdoor entertainment area and a 12-seater dining table. There is a beautifully maintained swimming pool (net available on request) as well as a boma area with braai facilities to make use of. Families will appreciate the space, with the kiddies' outdoor play area and the large swimming pool which has a net (on request).

Nature lovers can experience the natural surroundings while taking a walk around the 2 km property, which is home to blesbok, impala, warthog, jackal and porcupine.

Much-needed essentials such as ice, firewood, firelighters and charcoal can be purchased from the lodge on a cash basis.
