House Rules

Please note that the apartment is accessible via 3 flights of stairs as there is no lift available.

ONLY CASH payments at the office will be accepted for laundry and service of units.
No parties permitted.
No loud music and noise are permitted between 22h00 and 07h00.
Units are let strictly on the number of beds available.
No Pets allowed
No Smoking permitted inside the unit. DO NOT THROW SIGARETTE BUTTS ON THE GROUND.
NO fireworks are allowed. NO barbequing on balconies or patios.
The premises must be vacated before 10h00 on day of departure and can only be occupied from 14h00 on day of arrival.
Unit keys are to be collected from key box next to office door and returned to the box on day of departure.
Please familiarize yourself with the complex rules provided in the unit.
The guest/tenant accepts responsibility for all actions by persons within their party who all agree to abide by all the rules and regulations of property owner, Jakaranda Holiday Flats and municipal nuisance bylaws.
The owner and Jakaranda Holiday Flats cannot be held liable for any losses, inconvenience, injury or death to the tenant or his guest which they may suffer in relation to their visit to the property.
