Peaceful. Had an amazing stay. Well rested. The view was amazing.

Breathtaking! Therapeutic to the soul. Breathtaking! - especially waking up to the sound of crashing/calming waves and the other side of the back window at the mountains perk. Looking through the window, sipping a fresh cup of tea/coffee in the early hours of the morning. Starting your morning breakfast or supper at the table munching on delicious food with this beautiful scenery of blue waters. The owner was a wonderful host and kind in receiving us as her guests. She informed us beforehand about what to do and not to do when unexpected animals come for early morning visits (baboons). She was also very supportive if we needed anything or had any issues we couldn't deal with ourselves; she was there in an instant because she was just a few houses away. Thank you for the bag of wood, even though we didn't get to use it due to the wind. We as a family (the children wouldn't stop talking about the house driving back to Cape Town) loved her old rustic stylish house. In the near future, a TV could be added to the style of the house as well as entertainment for young children or teenagers. We will make a booking again soon.

Wonderful stay with breathtaking views. We thoroughly enjoyed Jock's cabin; it's the second time we have gone as a group of friends. It's amazing for just chilling in a private space with a phenomenal view. We struggled with the hot water in the shower (gas), but other than that, we absolutely cannot complain about our time at Jock's. We will definitely be back.
