Description

Joepie Guestfarm House offers a peaceful retreat on a working farm near Leipoldtville on the West Coast. This self-catering farmhouse is ideal for guests seeking privacy, open space, and the tranquillity of rural life, while still being within easy reach of the West Coast’s popular coastal attractions.

The house comprises 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first and second bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, basic cookware and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The open-plan living area includes a large dining table, couches and boasts a fireplace and an indoor braai area. The lounge has couches and a Smart TV, and air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

There is an outdoor braai and firepit that offers the ideal setting for relaxed evenings under the stars. Secure parking is provided on the property. The property is located 26 km from Lamberts Bay, 21 km from Elands Bay, and 19 km from the well-known Muisbosskerm open-air restaurant.
