Description

The sound of the sea and the rolling waves set the tone for a truly unique coastal escape. Juanita 202 is a spacious 3-bedroom beachfront apartment in Margate North Beach, accommodating up to 7 guests.

Located on the first floor with direct seafrontage, the apartment is easily accessible via elevator or stairs. It features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge that opens onto a sheltered balcony with sweeping 180-degree sea views. The main bedroom has a sea view, a queen-size bed, a single bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath.

The second sea-facing bedroom features a queen-size bed and offers access to a separate bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bathtub. The third bedroom contains 2 three-quarter beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Linen and bath towels are provided, but guests are kindly requested to bring their own beach towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, tea- and coffee-making facilities, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The dining table seats 7, while the lounge offers comfortable seating and a TV with full DStv Premium channels. WiFi is also available.

The living area opens onto a balcony with stackable windows, creating the perfect entertainment space no matter the weather. With a Weber gas braai, outdoor dining area, and a seating area boasting breathtaking ocean views, it’s an ideal spot for relaxed gatherings. The apartment is tastefully furnished and child-friendly, making it perfect for both romantic getaways and family holidays.

The Juanita complex offers secure access exclusively to residents, a lush communal garden, a fenced swimming pool, and a braai area. Guests of Juanita 202 have access to 2 undercover parking bays, and each guest receives a remote for access to the complex and direct beach entry.

The apartment is perfectly positioned between Margate Beach and Lucien Beach in Manaba, both Blue Flag beaches with lifeguards on duty, less than 250 m away along the shoreline.
