Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The full rental amount must be paid to the property management company at least 30 days before arrival, along with a R 1250 management fee and a R 2000 refundable breakages deposit. For international guests, the deposit is payable in cash on arrival. Local guests are required to prepay via EFT.

A late check-in fee of R 250 applies for arrivals after 18h00, payable in cash.

The unit accommodates a maximum of 8 guests across 2 en-suite bedrooms and 2 additional bedrooms that share a full bathroom. Overnight occupancy may not exceed this number.

Children of all ages are welcome, but the property is not child-friendly. There are no safety gates or stair railings, and small children must be supervised at all times. The owner and management will not be held liable.

Guests are required to bring their own baby cot and high chair.

The stove top is gas, and rechargeable lights are provided.

Linen, bath towels, and beach or swimming towels are provided. Bath towels may not be used at the beach or pool.

Uncapped Wi-Fi and full DStv are included. The TV is a smart TV.

Pets are not permitted. The owners live on-site with their own dogs, who may visit.

Smoking is not allowed indoors. Cigarettes must be discarded in the ashtray provided and not in the garden, on the patio, or in toilets.

No open fires are permitted due to fire risk. Fires may not be left unattended.

No parties, events, loud music, or disruptive behaviour are allowed. Quiet hours are from 22h00.

Denneberghof is a gated and peaceful estate. Loud music, parties, or disturbances are not permitted. The owner and property management reserve the right to act on any violations.

A cleaning surcharge applies if the property is not left in a reasonable condition or if check-out occurs after the agreed time.

The owner lives in the main house, which is separate and private from The Annex, with its own entrance.

Housekeeping can be arranged during the stay at an additional cost.

The property operates on a septic tank system. Only toilet paper and human waste may be flushed. Septic-safe cleaning products must be used.

This is a fully self-catering unit. Guests must supply their own personal consumables.

Meals can be arranged at an additional cost during the stay.

The property is not wheelchair accessible and requires stair access.

Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the property only.
