Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Check-out is strictly at 10:00.

Full payment will be processed within 48 hours of booking.

Braais are only allowed where facilities are provided at the unit.

Quiet hours start at 22:00. Non-compliance may lead to eviction.

Pets are not permitted, except for certified support animals.

Smoking is prohibited in all units, patios, and resort buildings.

Guests are liable for any damage to the unit or resort property.

If your group exceeds the unit’s capacity, you may be asked to leave and a penalty may apply.

Day visitors are allowed with 24 hours' prior notice and only if the unit’s maximum occupancy is not exceeded.

Groups of 12 or more must contact the resort post-booking to confirm extra terms and check-in details.

During student week, guests under 25 must be accompanied by someone over 25 for the entire stay. For student-related bookings, please contact reservations.

Please note that there will be refurbishments taking place in selected units from 25 July 2025 to 12 December 2025 and again from 16 January 2026 to 18 September 2026. Noise levels may fluctuate and the resort apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.
