House Rules

Please note that there is a breakage deposit.
Guests enjoy exclusive use of the home for the number of people booked.
Bedding and towels are provided, but guests are requested to bring their own beach towels.
The unit is self-catering, and while the tap water meets safety standards, it is recommended that guests purchase drinking water.
The home will be serviced daily by Lungie, the housekeeper.
Linen and towels are changed at set intervals, and the house will be clean on arrival.
Guests are asked to take care of the property and its contents.
Day visitors must be approved in advance, and a maximum of 2 visitors are permitted at any time.
Kings Bay is not a party venue, and the property must be used respectfully.
Music and noise should be kept to a minimum, and quiet hours must be observed after 22:00.
The property is strictly drug-free. Although dagga is legal, it is not permitted on the premises.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house; outdoor ashtrays are provided. Failure to comply may result in deductions from the breakage deposit.
Guests are requested to avoid excessive downloading. The property is fitted with an inverter and battery system to minimise the inconvenience of loadshedding, and guests may not make adjustments to the system. Maintenance and repairs should not be attempted by guests; please contact the host for assistance.
