House Rules

Due to strict security measures, guests who book must provide their identity details as well as photos of their faces in advance to the host, who is responsible for arranging access to the building. The only means of entry is via a facial recognition device at all access doors. To protect the client, this information must be sent directly to the host via email or WhatsApp and not through the agent's website.

The unit is located in a residential building, and strict rules are in place to ensure there is no noise between 22:00 and 06:00. No parties are allowed, and any noise—especially on the balcony—must be kept to a minimum. Guests will be provided with the house rules in advance and must sign them upon check-in.

Guests should be aware that cameras are monitoring the communal areas outside the unit.

No loud music or television may be heard outside the unit.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Cigarette butts must be extinguished in the sand holder and not thrown over the railings.

No laundry may be visible outside the unit. The drying rack may not be placed outside on the balcony. However, there is a laundromat with tumble dryers across the street from the building.

Laundry may not be washed in the bath or sinks. A washing machine is provided.

The unit is cleaned before guests check in and after they check out. For bookings longer than 7 days, clean linen and towels will be provided. A broom, mop, dustpan, and other household amenities are available.

No dirty dishes may be left in the kitchen on the check-out date. A dishwasher is provided.

No trash may be left outside the unit. There is a refuse room outside the building, right next to the sliding gate of the covered parking area. All garbage must be placed in bags before being put into the bins. Trash bags will be provided.

Children under 12 are only allowed in the pool area if an adult is present.

A gas braai (barbecue) is available and gas is provided. The gas braai may only be used in the open area of the balcony.
