Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R4000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. If evidence is found that guests have smoked, the breakage deposit will be forfeited.
No parties are allowed.
No noise after 10:00.
Extra guests, who have not been pre-arranged with the owner will incur an additional charge per person and will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
The pool will not be heated between May 1 and August 31; only the Jacuzzi will be heated during this period.
The house is equipped with solar power and a backup power system to ensure that guests are not affected by power outages
