This home is shared with 2 other units.
The final rental amount must be paid to the property management company no later than 1 month before arrival.
For international guests, the breakage deposit is payable in cash on arrival. Local residents must prepay this via EFT.
A late check-in fee of R250 in cash applies to arrivals after 18:00.
A maximum of 8 people are allowed to stay in this home. Please do not exceed this number at any time.
No pets are allowed on this home.
No smoking indoors. Please use the ashtray provided and do not dispose of cigarette butts on the patio, in the garden, or in the toilets.
Unruly or noisy behaviour will result in eviction without a refund.
No parties or events are permitted on this home.
No loud music or noise after 22:00.
No excessive noise at any time of the day, as this home is located in a residential area.
Guests found in violation of the noise policy may be asked to vacate this home without a refund.
A cleaning surcharge will apply if this home is not left in a reasonable condition or if check-out occurs later than the specified time.
Housekeeping is not included but is available as an optional extra. Please advise in advance if this service is required, as it is outsourced and subject to availability at the time of enquiry.
