Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A mandatory, fuly refundable breakage deposit is required to be paid before check-in.
No pets are allowed.
No events, parties, or Rage bookings are permitted.
The unit is non-smoking. A deep cleaning surcharge could apply.
Occupancy, including children, not to exceed the number booked for. Additional guests incur a surcharge.
Pool and amenities are used at guests' own risk.
Children under 12 must be accompanied in common areas, the pool, garden, and elevators.
Noise restrictions are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Disorderly guests may be removed by security.
Illegal activities or substance use is not permitted.
Each unit has one undercover parking bay. Additional parking can be arranged with the host.
Feeding monkeys is not permitted as it results in them having to be culled.
Guests can be held liable for damages exceeding the breakage deposit.
Keys and remotes should be returned to their designated spots before departure.
