Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R700 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

1) Not more than 6 people per Unit will be allowed.

2) No Pets allowed in the Unit or Common Property.

3) No loud music or noise permitted at all times.

4) No smoking in the Unit. Please feel free to smoke on the patio away from the Unit.

5) No Open Fires of any sort - Please use the Gas Braai Facilities provided.

6) No washing may be hung over the balconies. Washing to be hung on washing horses (Available)

7) No more than 2 vehicles per Unit are allowed in the Parking Area of the Complex. Parking in another unit's parking is not allowed.

8) Only small trailers will be allowed in the dedicated parking space (no large trailers, Caravans or Boats will be allowed in the Parking Area)

9) Any arrangements to leave before 9H00in the morning, please arrange with the agent.

10) The Body Corporate or our on-site Agent has no control over loadshedding and/or water cuts and therefore cannot be held responsible for such.

11) According to the Municipal Bylaws, the use of fireworks is under no circumstances permitted whatsoever within and outside the complex. The Municipality of the Hibiscus Coast will hold those guilty of such misconduct liable for a fine. In addition, the use of any form of essence within the complex is strictly prohibited.
