This is a residential complex with a no noise policy

We do not accommodate bookings for guests under the age of 25. At least 1 person in the group must be older than 25.

A 1-hour cleaning service is available from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and two night bookings. This cleaning service includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, braais, and sweeping and mopping all floors, but does not include dishes.

Only 2-passenger vehicles are allowed.
No 4x4s or SUV's.
Guests may park either 2 passenger vehicles or 1 passenger vehicle with a small trailer. The parking bays (shared garage area) are not suitable for large vehicles. As shown in the photos, Unit 1’s parking is on the right-hand side of the garage and is suitable for a small passenger vehicle.
