Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

There is a key and breakage deposit payable, which will be refunded within 5 working days after guests' departure, should there be no damage or items missing. The deposit will also be withheld if any of the house rules listed below are broken.

Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.

Maximum 4 guests. Visitors are not allowed.

Pets are not allowed, unless arranged prior to arrival.

Loud music and noise will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 22h00.

The use of the clubhouse and swimming pool is not permitted and is reserved for permanent owners.
