No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit, this includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes and vapes.

Smoking of marijuana or similar substances is not allowed anywhere on the property.

No unregistered visitors unless arranged with the host in advance.

The unit (Wild Sage) accommodates a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child under 12 and Rustic Lavender a maximum of 2 adults.

Check-in time must be confirmed prior to arrival. Please notify the host of any delays or changes.

Respect the property as you would your own—avoid damage and report any issues promptly.

If anything breaks or if you have any concerns, please communicate with your host as soon as possible.

No pets are allowed.

Kindly avoid food and drinks in the bedroom to help keep the space clean and fresh.
