Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.

House Rules

Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property.

A maximum of 8 guests may stay unless prior arrangements are made and approved.

Parties and loud music are not allowed; guests are asked to respect the neighbours.

Pets are not permitted.

Eating in the bedrooms is not allowed.

A lost key will incur a replacement fee.

Wet beach towels should not be placed on leather furnishings; towel rails are provided.

Guests must ensure the stove and oven are switched off when leaving the house.

Only toilet paper provided should be flushed. Any blockages requiring a plumber will result in additional charges.

The indoor fireplace, braai, or firepit must be attended at all times. While a fire shield is provided, no open flame should be left unattended.

Please ensure all windows are closed and the main gate is locked when entering or leaving. It is recommended to keep the white gate locked at all times for security.

Dishes should be washed, and put away, and the dishwasher run and emptied. Eco-friendly dishwasher tablets are provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged at an extra cost.

The fridge should be emptied of leftovers unless the host is notified of items left behind.

Trash must be placed in the large green bin under the carport. If your stay falls over a Wednesday, please put the green bin out on the pavement for refuge removal services to empty. Please bring the bin in again after collection.

Any breakages or issues should be reported immediately to allow the host to address them for future guests.
