Le Rocella 4 is a charming self-catering, family-only, apartment situated on the popular Thompson's Bay in Ballito with direct access to the beach. The apartment boasts beautiful sea views and offers a relaxing and comfortable stay.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom opens out to a balcony with beautiful sea views and is furnished with a king-size bed. The bedroom includes air-conditioning and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The second bedroom is equipped with air-conditioning and contains a king-size bed while the third bedroom offers a double bed. These 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom fitted with a bath and shower.
The open-plan living area features comfortable seating, a TV with DStv channels, a 6-seater dining table, and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee- and tea-making facilities. The living room opens out to a spacious balcony with braai facilities where guests can relax and enjoy the captivating sea views.
The complex is secure with an automated gate, and the guests have access to a double lock-up garage and unallocated guest parking, and the unit is level to parking, on the first floor, which makes it wheelchair-accessible.
