Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Completing a Booking Form and attaching a picture of your ID or Passport is mandatory. Failure to adhere to this will deny access to the property.

A maximum of 6 guests are allowed.

Only registered guests, up to a maximum of 6, are permitted in the Penthouse.

Hookah or Hubby Bubbly is strictly forbidden inside and outside due to potential furniture damage.

No pets are allowed.

Please use the provided makeup removal cloths for makeup removal, rather than the white towels, to help maintain their quality.

There is 1 lock up garage for guests, but it cannot accommodate very large vehicles. Free visitor parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Stays of 7 or more nights receive 1 free linen change per week.

Free cleaning is done 3 times a week, on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

Washing and ironing can be arranged for an additional fee, paid directly to the cleaning staff.

Guests must provide their own charcoal for the braai.

Any damages or issues should be reported to the host.

Any damages caused during the stay are the responsibility of the guest.

Swimming is at the guest's own risk in the communal pool.

Access must be granted for repairs to ensure a pleasant stay.

Lilato Penthouse will not be liable for any damages, natural disasters, or losses during the stay at the Penthouse.

Please note that food platters, wine, roses, cocktails, and the table set outside were for staging purposes. If guests wish to set it up, the crockery and cutlery are available in the kitchen.
