Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R15000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee of R3000 will be charged if there is any evidence of indoor smoking, as this includes the cost of odour removal, duct cleaning, and furniture deep-cleaning.

For safety and security, guests are required to activate the alarm system each evening.

Please note that the property includes staircases. Guests should ensure that everyone in their group is comfortable with this feature before booking.

Mr Innocent, the property’s main caretaker, resides on-site in the staff quarters.
If any guest has personal or religious concerns regarding having a male caretaker, kindly let the host know in advance so they can arrange an alternative for the duration of your stay.

The property is located on a mountainside next to a nature reserve, offering a peaceful and scenic environment.

There is backup power available in case of outages. The hosts ask that guests use electricity responsibly during these times.

A daily cleaning service is included from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
