Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

This property will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties. A breakage deposit is required, which will be collected upon arrival or before check-in.

You should be reimbursed within 7 days from the date of departure. Your deposit will be refunded in full after the apartment is inspected.

Parking is offsite at a church across the road (190 meters distance from the apartments) and is available at an additional cost per night. Parking must be booked in advance due to limited availability.

Each apartment will have 1 parking bay.

Off-site Parking is available at an additional charge of additional cost per night. Parking will need to be booked in advance and it subject to availability.

Kindly note a refundable damage deposit is required before check-in. This deposit will be refunded in 7 working days after your date of departure and upon inspection of the unit
