Description

Longbeach Beach House is a self-catering apartment located in an apartment complex in the seaside town of Strand.

This 2-bedroom unit features 2 bathrooms, an open-plan living and kitchen area, and sea views. The main bedroom contains a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bath. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, stove and oven, automatic washing machine and a filter system for drinking water. Free WiFi also available.

The complex is very safety conscious, it has electric fenced enclosure and access control from the apartment via a telephone. There is a lockable undercover parking with an electric gate. There is a small communal braai-area on the ground floor with a braai drum and a grid to prepare some meat on the fire.

Attractions in the area include the Cheetah Outreach, Strand Golf Club, Hottentots-Holland Nature Reserve, Somerset Mall and the beach. Stellenbosch and its variety of historic and modern attractions, including its famous wine route, is only 18 km from here. Cape Town and the Waterfront is only 45 km away. Cape Town International Airport is 25 km away.

Strand's safe Melkbaai swimming beach is just across from the apartment, perfect for a morning stroll or swim during the day. There are lights on in the evening, so it is safe for walks in the evening.

There's a big variety of restaurants in the area and most of them are within walking distance from the apartment. The Strand Golf Club is behind the complex, about 1 km away.

Guests can enjoy activities such as swimming, fishing, golf, wine tasting, hiking, mountain biking, and surfing in the area.

NB.
The accommodation is furnished for 4 guests. In exceptional cases, a child may be accommodated per request and arrangements with the owner, but this will be an exception. If approved, it will be an additional co-payment of R150 per day.

Please also note that any bookings that exceed the limit of guests, as agreed with the owner, will be considered in a sensible manner that may lead to a request to guests to evacuate without a refund.
