No smoking or vaping allowed. Should we find an odour of smoke inside the home, or any ash or cigarette butts, our guest services team will report this and it could result in an additional cleaning charge of up to R5,000.

Please do not hang any washing on the front patio of top or middle floor.

Please note that this area is a designated quiet zone. Kindly refrain from playing music on the patios or causing any disturbances, as sound travels easily. This includes the stairways and walkway. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, during which no noise is permitted. The estate management may impose a fine of R1,000 for noise disturbances, which we will be required to collect via your booking channel or in cash.

Your reservation is accepted and confirmed on the understanding that a minimum of two guests will share one bedroom, rather than occupying separate bedrooms, unless specifically requested and agreed upon prior to the booking confirmation. For example:
4 guests will use 2 bedrooms.
5 or 6 guests will use 3 bedrooms.

If additional bedrooms, linen, or towels are used, this will incur extra laundry and cleaning costs. By accepting this reservation, you agree to pay these costs upon receiving a payment request from your host via the booking channel, or, if applicable, to have the amount deducted from your damage deposit at check-out.

For security, please ensure all doors are locked and the alarm is activated whenever you leave the property during the day.
