Anniversary and birthday getaway. We went to Cape Town for our anniversary and my husband's birthday. Sadly the room we booked, as per advertisement, wasn't available and they gave us an alternative room. We had to make the best of the situation and luckily got compensated for the inconvenience. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Hi Nestley Thank you for taking the time to write a review, feedback of any kind is always appreciated, it helps grow as a business and learn how we can better the experience for all our guests. I understand that you have suggested that housekeeping should be provided for a longer stay, this is always an options for our guests it is at an additional cost to the guest as we manage fully self-catering apartments and are not based at the buildings. We do however always have this as an option. It is compulsory for any stay longer that 14 nights, anything less is upon the request from the guest. May I ask why you rated us a 1 for Cleanliness? I need to take this up with management immediately if the apartment was not clean upon your arrival. If you rated us 1 because you would have liked Housekeeping during your stay then that would not be the correct place to rate as the Cleanliness rating is for how you received the apartment upon check-in.
