House Rules
No parties, events, bachelor or bachelorette gatherings, birthday celebrations, loud noise, or music are permitted.
The estate is strictly noise-controlled, and fines will be issued if these rules are not observed.
A maximum of 6 guests is allowed on the property at any given time. All guests must be registered prior to check-in. No visitors are permitted.
Guests will be held liable for any damages caused to the property during their stay.
Laundry services are not available on the premises. A laundromat is located nearby for personal laundry needs.
For longer stays, linen will be changed once a week.
Towels will be replaced every second to third day for extended stays.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit.
Pets are not permitted.
