House Rules

We experience water-shedding during 18h00 - 6h00.
Guests bring their own blankets.
1 night supply of dishwashing liquid is provided.
Please be advised that we mostly accommodate contractors.
Please note that no visitors are allowed on the premises or rooms; a penalty of R1000 per entry will be charged.

The Matjhabeng & Goudveld area is experiencing water issues. There is no set schedule for when the water will be switched on or off. Lynhill has 2 x 5,000-litre tanks that are only operational at certain times: in the mornings from 06:00 – 07:00 and in the evenings from 18:00 – 21:00. Additionally, we provide 25 litres of borehole water to help alleviate the inconvenience.
