Breakage Deposit

House Rules

Please note that a refundable breakage deposit is due on every booking and will be returned to guests under all reasonable conditions.
Please note that an exit cleaning fee applies per booking
No bookings from underage guests will be accepted.
The property is strictly non-smoking. Smoking indoors is not permitted.
All appliances, including the stove and oven, must be switched off after use.
Please respect neighbours. No loud noise is permitted after 20:00.
Guests behaving in an unruly, verbally or physically abusive, or destructive manner toward staff or the property will be removed from the premises immediately.
