Strictly no parties permitted.
Please note that sound and noise from the decks are easily transmitted through the valley/neighbourhood.
No pets are permitted.
No smoking is permitted.
The hot tub is used by 3 units (Main House, Valley and Lagoon Studio) on additional cost. The jacuzzi sits in front of Main House and is only for private use of guests that are staying at Main House (not Lagoon or Valley Studio).
