Breakage Deposit

House Rules

Guests need to bring their own beach towels.
There is a breakage/damage deposit to be paid, which will be refunded should there be no damage/breakage, etc.

Please be advised that a caretaker is present in the servant quarters; however, guests will not encounter him as he is solely there to attend to the property.

Only 2 small pets are permitted, and this must be arranged in advance.
