Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Guests should please note that no children under the age of 6 are allowed on the premises.

Guests are requested to leave the facilities in the same condition as they were entrusted to them.

The facilities manager reserves the right to visit the recreation area daily for maintenance purposes, including topping up the Jacuzzi and pool.

Use of the facilities, including the pool and Jacuzzi, is strictly for the use of resident guests only.
No outside visitors will be permitted to use the facilities.

Children must be supervised by their parents when using any facilities.
Running in the recreation area or jumping into the pool is not allowed.

No pets are allowed.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.

Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the gym equipment without adult supervision.

Laundry facilities may be used when there is no loadshedding. Please bring your own washing powder and fabric softener.

Guests are required to bring their own firewood, including wood for the fireplace in the "pajama lounge".

Kindly do not sit on the lounge furniture in wet clothing.

During loadshedding, the Jacuzzi and pool will temporarily switch off and restart automatically.

Additional cleaning services are available on weekdays at an extra charge. This excludes weekends and public holidays.
