Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1850 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Compulsory Staff Levy:
R50 per day, which included the day of arrival and the day of departure.

The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk.
No beds/mattresses are to be moved from any of the bedrooms due to damage caused whilst doing so, the breakage deposit will be retained should you do so.
The speed limit in the resort is 10 km/h.
Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 06:00, as loud music can disturb neighbours.
No fireworks are allowed. Most houses are made of wood, and fireworks could cause serious damage.
Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to ride a quad bike. (This is Mozambican law, not just a house rule.)
No littering. We appreciate it if guests remove at least two pieces of rubbish from the beach each time they visit.
No unattended open fires. Again, most houses are made of wood, so fires must always be supervised.
Please use the designated area near security to contain smells and keep the area clean.
For security reasons, all casual labour must be arranged through the Mar Azul Manager. No access card means no entry.
Guests must notify Security in advance of any visitors. Visitors not registered with Security will not be allowed access.
Abuse of Security personnel will not be tolerated. They are here to ensure everyone’s safety, so please treat them with respect.
No pets are allowed.
No smoking is allowed.
No parties or events are allowed.
Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights.
Guests are kindly reminded to bring their own drinking water, food, and beverages for the duration of their stay.
It is also recommended to pack toiletries and other personal items to ensure comfort and convenience during your visit.
For outdoor activities and beach visits, please bring sunscreen, mosquito repellent, and beach towels. These items will help you enjoy your stay safely and comfortably.
