Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Guests are advised that a 4x4 vehicle is required to access the property due to the sandy roads leading to the estate. The swimming pool at the house has no safety features, and the use of the pool, amenities, and facilities is strictly at guests’ own risk. Guests are requested not to move any beds or mattresses from the bedrooms, as damage caused will result in retention of the breakage deposit.

Guests are required to bring their own drinking water, food, drinks, toiletries, sunscreen, mosquito spray, beach towels, and any other personal items needed during their stay.

Late check-out is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. Pets are not permitted, and loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. Guests are reminded that estate rules enforce a noise curfew at 22:30. Groups of guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult or parent for the duration of their stay.
