Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A maximum speed of 10 km/h must be observed within the resort.
Guests are requested to keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 07:00. Loud music, raised voices, and splashing in the pool are not permitted during these hours. Failure to comply will result in a warning. Continued non-compliance may result in forfeiture of the full breakage deposit.
Children under 18 years are not permitted to use quad bikes.
Guests must inform security in advance of any visitors.
Pets are not allowed on the property.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
The maximum booked capacity of the house must not be exceeded.
Fireworks are prohibited. No open fires are permitted; only the charcoal Weber Braai may be used for cooking meals.
Please ensure the gas oven is turned off before leaving the kitchen.
Guests are requested to thoroughly wash or rinse off all tanning lotions and make-up before using bathroom towels and bed linen, as these products may cause staining. Stained linen and towels will be replaced at the guest’s cost.
All glass sliding doors in bedrooms and living areas must be securely bolted with the pin, as strong winds can cause damage.
Please ensure doors are closed and locked securely during strong winds or when leaving the property to avoid being charged for damages.
