Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Guests are advised that a 4x4 vehicle is required to access the property due to the sandy roads.

Due to the logistics and costs of keeping the unit fully stocked, guests are welcome to bring any essential items they cannot do without during their stay, such as a coffee plunger or specific kitchen utensils.

Guests are required to bring stove and oven cleaner, dishwasher tablets or powder, dishwashing liquid, washing powder for the washing machine, fabric softener, toilet paper, black rubbish bags, Handy Andy, dish towels, personal toiletries, beach towels, food, drinks, drinking water, mosquito repellent, and a coffee plunger. The cottage does not have TVs or Wi-Fi.

Jose is the staff member who manages the unit, working daily. Guests must instruct him on the time they require his assistance each day. It is mandatory that he checks in every day and cleans the kitchen.

If guests would like additional cleaning services, a cleaning lady is available upon request prior to arrival. All staff payments must be arranged and settled in cash before departure. Guests are asked not to leave any alcohol behind for the staff.

A refundable breakage deposit is required before arrival and will be refunded after departure, depending on any damages.

No pets are permitted, and loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. Estate rules enforce a noise curfew at 22:30. No early or late check-outs are permitted; a late check-out will result in retention of the full breakage deposit.

Groups of guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult or parent for the duration of their stay.
