The luxury tents, ideal for couples are furnished with a king-size bed that can be converted into 2 three-quarter beds. Each luxury tent includes an open-plan en-suite bathroom with a bath, and coffee- and tea-making facilities. Each tent also features an outdoor shower. Guests can unwind on a private balcony while soaking in the stunning landscape.

Rates displayed are on a lunch, dinner, bed and breakfast basis. The rates also include 2 game drives daily with an FGASA-accredited field guide, game drive refreshments and snacks, and specified inclusive safari activities.
House Rules
The lodge caters for kosher meals, which must be requested prior to arrival.
Rates displayed apply to South African citizens and SADC member countries only, and a valid ID or passport is required for verification.
The following fees are excluded from the base rate and will be charged additionally: laundry services, cigars and cigarettes, all flights and transfers not otherwise specified, Thabazimbi Airport Road transfer and landing fee, Matla Mamba Airstrip transfers, gratuities, telephone calls, purchases from the MORE Gallery, spa treatments, Marataba Game Reserve landing fees, entrance fees, guest conservation contributions, the Impact Levy, and any other extras, which will be for the guest’s own account.
Additional charges applicable include Park Fees of R424 per adult and R214 per child per stay; an Impact Levy of R160 per person per night; a Guest Conservation Contribution of R180 per adult and R90 per child per stay; and Landing Fees of R205 per person per stay, where applicable.
Rates include a stay in a Luxury Tent at Marataba Safari Lodge, all meals, teas and coffees, selected local beverages, an in-room minibar, two daily game drives with a FGASA-accredited field guide, game drive refreshments and snacks, specified inclusive safari activities, and Wi-Fi.
