Breakage Deposit

House Rules

This is fully self-catering accommodation.

We do not accept third-party bookings. You may only book if you’ll be staying on the property yourself.

The home sleeps a maximum of 8 guests: 6 adults only and 2 children. A cot for an infant is available. The 2 single beds are best suited for children or teens.

No extra or overnight guests are allowed beyond the number confirmed in your booking. Undisclosed guests may be charged an additional fee per person per night or denied entry, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

Our cancellation policy is firm. Please ensure you have travel insurance in place.

No loud noise, music, shouting, parties or events are allowed. This is a quiet residential area.

Bath towels may not be used as beach or swimming towels. Swimming towels are not provided.

Please check the inventory on arrival and report anything missing or damaged.

Guests are liable for any breakages, damage or loss during their stay. Please inform us of any incidents so we can prepare for future guests.

Fish must be cleaned at the outside basin, not in the kitchen sink.

Fireworks are not permitted by local by-laws.

Housekeeping is available on request at an additional cost. Please enquire before arrival if you’d like to make use of this service.

Smoking is not allowed inside. You may smoke outside or on the veranda, using the ashtrays provided.

Before departure, please leave the house tidy and place dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Excessive mess may incur an additional cleaning cost, over and above the standard post-departure cleaning fee.

Security cameras are installed outside the property, covering the main gate, garage, front and back garden areas.
