Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

For security and verification purposes, guests are required to present a valid ID or passport upon check-in.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors.

Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.

For stays of eight nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services may be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge.

A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.

To promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy that allows a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.

A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, an additional fee will apply.
