Milkwood Place offers lovely, safe and secure self-catering holiday accommodation situated in the heart of Melkbosstrand in a gated estate. This is a great option for both business and leisure travellers, as this property is only a 5-minute walk from the beach.

This property offers guests 2 apartments to choose from, accommodating 2 guests each. Babies are welcome if the same group of guests books both apartments. Each apartment comprises a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. Quality linen, bath towels and toiletries are provided.

Additionally, each apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette equipped with an air fryer, microwave, spiral hot plate, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities.
