Please note: The balcony is currently undergoing waterproofing. While it remains usable, it does not have tiles at this time due to a builder’s holiday.

Cameras are only used in common or outdoor areas, never in bedrooms or bathrooms. Footage is stored securely, accessed only by authorised staff, and used only for investigations, disputes, or legal/insurance purposes, in line with South African law (POPIA & Constitution)
