House Rules

Smoking marijuana is not permitted within the apartments.

Smoking cigarettes is also prohibited.

Visitors are not allowed.

Guests must conduct themselves in a manner acceptable by civilised standards; failure to do so may result in eviction from the apartment.

Quiet hours are to be observed between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.

Owners and occupiers are not permitted to hang laundry or place objects such as buckets, mops, brooms, or refuse bags on balconies or any part of the building or common property where they are visible from outside or other sections.

Refuse must not be left in front of doors or in fire escapes.
