Description

Mosselkraker is a stunning old Cape-style characterful self-catering cottage, which is part of the Sandpiper Guest Cottages portfolio, located in the peaceful, serene, and rustic seaside village of Boggomsbaai within the Fransmanshoek Conservancy area. Boggomsbaai is approximately halfway between Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) in the Eastern Cape, and Cape Town in the Western Cape.

Mosselkraker can accommodate up to 5 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, a toilet, and a washbasin. The second bedroom is an upstairs loft room furnished with 2 single beds and a shower en-suite with a toilet and washbasin.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, microwave, and a stove and oven. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge contains seating, a Smart TV for guests to log in with their own accounts, Wi-Fi and an indoor braai fireplace. There is a single sleeper couch in the lounge suitable for sleeping 1 additional guest if required.

Guests have use of the facilities at the Sandpiper Sport and Leisure Centre. The leisure center offers tennis courts, a squash court and a sauna. Guests should also take note that Boggomsbaai does not have any shops and that the closest shop for groceries is in Vleesbaai, about 10km away or a pleasant 3km walk along the beach.
