A secure, fenced-off 3-bedroom house offering flexible sleeping arrangements. The main bedroom is furnished with either a king-size bed or twin beds, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom includes twin beds. The third bedroom is small and more suited for children. The house has one bathroom with a shower and basin, plus a separate toilet. The open-plan kitchen and lounge area provide a comfortable space to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a microwave, kettle, toaster, and oven.

No loud music and noise is allowed after 20:00 in the evening. During the day we also ask that you consider your neighbors by not making such a noise that it will bother them.
There is 1 pet-friendly unit that is fenced. Only well-trained dogs are allowed in this unit with prior arrangements.
There is a 7 km gravel road leading to the property of which the last 3 km is a private tar road. This is suitable for all cars, however, high-profile vehicles are a better option.
Please note that an R500.00 breakage deposit is required for the self-catering accommodation and R250.00 for the hotel rooms. The deposit is refundable after the unit has been checked.

The living area is furnished with 2 single beds as well as comfy seating, a fireplace, a TV with selected DStv channels, and tea- and coffee-making facilities with a bar fridge. Free Wi-Fi is also available in the rooms and all the public areas. There are electric blankets on the beds for those chilly nights.
