Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R400 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

We want you to feel at home while respecting the space and others.

Check-in: 14:00 – 19:00 (Late arrivals by prior arrangement only)
Check-out: 10:00 am to allow us time to prepare for the next guests

Respect the Space
Please treat the cabin, furniture, and décor as if they were your own.
Report any accidental damage immediately so we can address it quickly.
No moving furniture without permission.

Quiet Hours
Quiet time: 22:00 – 07:00.
Please be considerate of other guests and our neighbors.

Visitors
Only registered guests may stay overnight.
Day visitors are allowed with prior approval.

Smoking Policy
No smoking inside the cabin.
You’re welcome to smoke outside, but please use the ashtrays provided.

Kitchen Use
Feel free to cook and use the kitchenware.
Please clean and pack away all used equipment once you've finished.
No strong odor cooking indoors (e.g., fish, curry) without prior discussion.

Water & Electricity
Please use water and electricity responsibly – we’re on a limited rural supply.
Switch off lights, fans, and air conditioning when leaving the cabin.

Fires & Braais
Braais are allowed only in designated areas.
Never leave fires unattended.
Observe fire safety rules, especially during dry seasons.

Pets
No pets allowed

Security
Lock doors and windows when leaving the cabin.
Keep the gate closed at all times for safety.

Laundry
Laundry service available on request at an additional fee.
Please do not hang washing on railings or furniture.

Waste
Use bins provided for general waste and recycling where possible.
Please don’t litter.
Help us keep the farm beautiful.

Liability
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Use the property and facilities at your own risk.
