Enjoyable. We were welcomed by a friendly and inviting staff. We had a great time at the boma area and enjoyed the pool. I would say it is not suited to children under the age of 5. There was damaged and broken furniture, and cleanliness could be improved, however, the images provided are a true reflection of the venue itself.
