Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A cleaning fee of per stay will be charged.
Park in front of the double garage; there is enough space for two sedan-sized vehicles to park off-street.
Pets are allowed for R50 per pet, per night, upon special request in advance.
Quiet between 22:00 and 08:00
No parties or events are allowed.
No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarette use is allowed inside the property.
Enter at your own risk. All vehicles and persons enter these premises at their own risk.
The owner, Tenants, or managing agent will not be held liable for any damage, loss, injury, theft, or death arising from any cause whatsoever. Rights of Admission Reserved.
Be responsible when using the braai, BBQ facility, and ensure open fire and hot coals have been extinguished and covered after use. Fire is a high risk in the area
Report any faults or issues to the property manager/owner as they occur so they can be fixed before further damage may be caused.
We require a R5000.00 breakage deposit before the guest's arrival. We work on an honesty box system ie, guests are responsible for breakages; kindly report any to the property manager.
There are two allocated parking bays. Park only in the allocated parking bay.
Be vigilant about closing the garage after use.
Additional parking is on-street on a first-come, first-served basis.
We reserve the right not to refund bank costs upon cancellation for credit card bookings, as the bank does not credit initial deduction costs.
