Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A refundable breakage and key deposit is payable to Odeon Beach Break by EFT or on arrival in cash before key handover. This will be refunded by EFT within 24 hours of departure date subject to inspection of the apartment.

This apartment is not serviced daily during your stay and but can be cleaned on request once a week for an extra fee. The apartment is cleaned before arrival.

Accounts must be settled upon receipt of the invoice by EFT before arrival. No credit card payment facilities exist at the apartment.

This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. Smoking is allowed outside the building.

No parties, events, sleepover visitors are allowed.
