Kensla Cottage is the downstairs unit of the Old Oak Manor and accommodates 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath, basin, and toilet. The second and third bedrooms have a double bed and 2 single beds, respectively, and share a bathroom fitted with a shower. Linen and towels are provided. The unit has a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, mini stove and oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The unit has a smart TV, and guests have access to complimentary Wi-Fi.

Daily servicing of the cottage is not included but can be arranged in advance if required. Access to the property is through the electric gate at Waterpoel de Windmeul, and Old Oak Manor has its own entrance at Plot No. 1. A remote control will be provided for convenient entry and exit.
To ensure a peaceful environment, no sound systems are allowed, and guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum after midnight. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
If making use of the outdoor fireplace, please ensure the fire is completely extinguished before leaving it unattended.
Please note that wildlife and insects are part of the natural surroundings and cannot be controlled.
Smoking inside the units is not permitted, and pets are unfortunately not allowed. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all units.
The booking guest will be held responsible for any breakage, theft, smoking indoors, or damage to the property and equipment. For your own safety, do not leave valuables in cars and ensure doors are locked.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay on the property. Additional guests without prior arrangement will be charged an extra 10%. Visitors are welcome, but anyone staying later than 22:30 will be regarded as an overnight guest and billed accordingly.
If you plan to host a bachelor or bachelorette gathering, please let us know in advance. A refundable breakage fee will apply, and such events may not take place without prior approval.
Lastly, all guests enter and make use of the facilities at their own risk.
