Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk.
No under-25s without parental/adult supervision.

STAFF LEVY
There is a full-time housekeeper at the house; her compulsory daily staff levy is R100 per day, which includes the day of your arrival and departure.

All items of a personal nature

No pets are permitted at any of the houses.
Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed.
All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying.
Absolutely no noise is allowed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited.
Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights.
