Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

No smoking indoors
Respect quiet hours from 6 pm to 6 am
No parties or loud music – fines apply for violations
Keep the space clean and wash your own dishes
Dispose of rubbish at 2088 Olifant Street before departure – a R350 fine will be deducted for any refuse left behind
Dry floors if they get wet
Lock doors, close windows, and activate the alarm when leaving
Beware of baboons, monkeys, and mongooses
Only flush toilet paper and natural waste
The animals are wild – do not feed or approach them
Reuse towels by hanging them up
Report any damage or issues immediately
An indicator light in the kitchen shows when Eskom power is off
Do not cut or damage natural vegetation for firewood or exploration – parkland is off-limits
